This permanent part-time gig (around 21 hours a week: 3 weekdays 1 Saturday) is your chance to step up as a Floating Retail Store Assistanta role made for impact-driven legends who want their work to matter. Youll keep our Melbourne Op Shops buzzing not just with epic finds and bargains but with purpose every sale fuels programs that change kids lives for real.

You will make a difference by:

• Travelling across our Melbourne Op Shops to support volunteer teams and keep stores running smoothly
• Driving sales and customer service to hit targets (and celebrating when you do!)
• Training coaching and inspiring volunteers to create a fun cohesive team
• Keeping stores looking sharp and welcoming while managing stock and daily operations
• Being the go-to problem solver when challenges pop up

This role requires:

• Retail and customer service experience (bonus points if youve led a team)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A knack for building relationships and motivating others
• Willingness to roll up your sleeveswhether its moving stock or troubleshooting IT
• A valid drivers licence and Working with Children Check
