Job Title: Med/Surg Nurse Stroke & Stepdown
Location: Multiple Locations
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $50$60/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg Stroke and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements:
2 years Med/Surg nursing experience
Must have direct Stroke and Stepdown exposure
Travel experience required
EPIC experience mandatory
RN license valid in current state
BLS required (ACLS preferred)
Ability to manage rapidly changing patient conditions
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level care for Med/Surg and Stroke Stepdown patients
Assess and document neurological changes
Execute medication and treatment orders
Communicate effectively with medical teams
Assist stroke care workflows and rapid response needs
Maintain high-quality charting in EPIC
