Contract: Fixed Term - 6 Months

Shift pattern: Full Time - 5 days in the office

Location: Nottingham Support Office - NG90

Were looking for a passionate SEO Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future this roleyoullsupport the planning and execution of our SEO roadmap helping us achieve ambitious sales and brand awareness goals. Yourexpertisewill drive high-quality traffic boost profitable sales and attract new customers. Makea real impact on our digital growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Search Console SEMrushPidatametricsSimilarweb) to track search trends andmonitororganic performance.

  • Conduct keyword research andprovideactionable insights to guide on-site optimisations andoverallSEO strategy aligned with KPIs.

  • Ensure is optimised for emerging AI-driven search experiences and LargeLanguage Model (LLM) visibility.

  • Perform regular SEO audits and analysis to inform ecommerce and merchandising teams for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor andmaintaintechnical SEOsitehealth using tools such as Lumar and Screaming Frog.

  • Deliver best-practice training sessions to wider ecommerce teams to embed SEO principles.

  • Prepare and present clear actionable reports on organic performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Support new product development (NPD) and seasonal launches to ensureoptimalSEO implementation.

  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to the SEO Assistant to achieve teamobjectives.

  • Act as the SEOpoint of contactacross key stakeholder groups (Trading Digital Experience Merchandising Product and IT) ensuring SEOisembedded in decision-making project planning and execution.

A bit about you

  • You have proven experience in an SEO role with a solid understanding of both on-page and technical SEO best practices.

  • Yourehighly analytical confident in using data and insights to shape strategy improve performance and deliver impactful SEO plans.

  • You excel at stakeholder managementcomfortablepresenting and sharing insight

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

  • Attention to detail is second nature to you and accuracy is something you never compromise on.

  • You bring hands-on experience with website CMS platforms (e.g. AEM) and are eager to apply this knowledge to drive results.
