Project Coordination: Monitor the development of layouts and architectural projects ensuring alignment with branding global guidelines and local technical standards.
Licenses and Permits: Coordinate the acquisition and renewal of all required licenses (business permits fire department certificates health and safety accessibility among others).
Vendor Management: Select contract and supervise engineering architecture maintenance and cleaning service providers ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
Maintenance and Facilities: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of stores (electrical hydraulic HVAC furniture and visual communication) safeguarding continuous and safe operations.
Budget Control: Develop and monitor the annual construction and maintenance budget reporting variances and optimizing costs.
