Atividades:

Coordenar operações do local conforme políticas e procedimentos contratuais

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria operacional e excelência no atendimento

Realizar inspeções para garantir procedimentos e medidas de desempenho do edifício

Gerenciar reparos manutenção e solicitações de trabalho menores

Coordenar a entrega de comodidades do local (fitness alimentação transporte planejamento de espaços)

Apoiar eventos reuniões e instalações para conferências

Fornecer serviços de recepção orientação de novos funcionários e suporte a hóspedes

Auxiliar em atividades de segurança e resposta a emergências

Manter procedimentos operacionais padrão (SOPs) atualizados

Auxiliar em relatórios operacionais orçamento e sistemas financeiros Gerenciar ordens de compra e pagamentos a fornecedores Buscar redução de custos e melhoria de padrões operacionais

Requisitos:

Formação completa em Hotelaria Administração Engenharia Arquitetura ou áreas relacionadas

Fluência em inglês (obrigatório)

Capacidade de construção de relacionamentos e trabalho em equipe

Conhecimento em GSuite

Vivência com atendimento ao cliente na área de Facilities
