What Youll Do
- Safely set up and operate all phases of the printing operation
- Install/remove printing plates mandrels and related components
- Register print images and bring new print setups to spec for quality and output
- Perform minor repairs troubleshoot process issues and conduct preventive maintenance
- Lead and direct packers on assigned lines
- Complete production paperwork and execute in-process quality inspections
- Provide break relief for other departmental positions
- Maintain housekeeping standards and safe work practices
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by department leaders and management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years in printing or experience on production equipment making machine adjustments (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication; basic math proficiency
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team
