Job Summary
Join the AI innovation team at AnyMind Group as a Junior QA Engineer in our Bangalore office where youll contribute to building smart scalable solutions within the AnyAI product work alongside AI product managers and engineers to ensure product quality performance and reliability for AI-powered marketing and commerce tools. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow in a fast-moving tech-forward environment and gain exposure to advanced AI applications across digital marketing and commerce.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with product engineering and QA teams to test new features and releases of AnyAI across dataconnectors analytics dashboards generativeAI modules and enterprise workflows
- Develop test plans execute manual (and potentially automated) test cases log defects and help ensure the platform meets quality reliability and performance standards
- Work with crossfunctional teams to reproduce issues validate fixes and ensure production readiness in a fastmoving product environment
- Work within an Agile development environment participating in sprint planning daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Use JIRA and Confluence for test case management defect tracking and documentation
- Prepare and maintain test cases through Google Docs or Google Sheets
- Monitor product behaviour in dev staging and production environments; assist in identifying rootcauses of issues and suggest improvements
- Help maintain QA documentation assist in defining test processes and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices

Who You Are
- 13 years experience in software quality engineering or QA rolesideally in web/cloud platforms SaaS or data/AIdriven products.
- Comfortable writing test cases executing tests logging defects and communicating results clearly.
- Strong problemsolving mindset curious about how data flows and AI modules work and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with remote teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for AI data and building enterprisescale platforms that make an impact.
- Good understanding of software testing fundamentals (functional regression performance UI) and some exposure to cloudbased systems is a plus.
