Job Summary Details:
The Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to Shuttle and Parking passengers.
Pay rate: $22.00 per hour paid weekly
Shift schedule: Full time Sunday - Thursday Monday - Friday Part-time Saturday & Sunday
Shift hours: 1st (6:45am-3:15pm) 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) 3rd (10:45pm-7:15am)

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma GED or college degree required
No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers
Greet and engage with passengers and offer informational assistance
Communicate effectively with passengers regarding Parking and Shuttle services available
Assist the with transporting passengers in wheelchairs to onboard and offboard
Escort unaccompanied minors
Assist with baggage as required
Coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak times
Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed
Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
Follow safety precautions at all times
