Role 1 AdobeJourneyOptimizer (AJO) Developer Onsite

Location:Minneapolis MN (Onsite / Hybrid option) and NJ

Duration Six plus month

Experience Required:Minimum -3 years

Key Responsibilities

Journey Design & Development

Build and configure customerjourneys and campaigns in AJO (email SMS push in-app).
Implementjourneyorchestration rules decision management and audience targeting logic.
Develop custom actions and events for real-time personalization.

Integration & Data Management

Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data ingestion segmentation and activation.
Ensure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and XDM schema integrity.
Manage API-based integrations (REST JSON Webhooks) and troubleshoot data flows.

Analytics & Optimization

Use CustomerJourneyAnalytics (CJA) and AEP datasets to optimize campaigns.
Configure reports dashboards and visualizations for performance tracking.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure data governance consent management and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing data engineering and creative teams to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning backlog grooming).

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

AdobeJourneyOptimizer (AJO) High proficiency
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CustomerJourneyAnalytics (CJA)
Adobe Launch for WebSDK implementation
Strong JavaScript skills; familiarity with HTML/CSS
Experience with REST APIs JSON and data integration

Preferred Skills

RDBMS/SQL for data handling
Knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target
Familiarity with offer decisioning and personalization logic

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Certifications (Preferred)

Adobe Certified Expert JourneyOptimizer Developer
