What this job involves: Join our facilities management team as an Specialist Electrician where youll be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing complex electrical systems across commercial and industrial properties. This role is critical to ensuring our clients facilities operate safely and efficiently directly contributing to JLLs mission of delivering exceptional property management services. Youll work with cutting-edge building automation systems and electrical infrastructure while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards that our clients expect from JLL.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Install maintain and repair electrical systems including wiring circuits outlets switches and lighting fixtures while ensuring compliance with local state and national electrical codes

Install and troubleshoot VFDs as part of advanced electrical system upgrades and retrofits

Assist in installation and repair of building automation system (BAS) equipment such as sensors actuators and panel components

Install and repair mechanical equipment including air handlers chillers ducting and dampers

Analyze report and resolve field technical issues while maintaining accurate service logs

Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions circuit overloads and wiring problems

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors adapting to evolving business needs

Required Qualifications:

Current Electrical Certification or C10 license

Knowledge of 24 Volt 48 Volt 120 Volt and 480 Volt Electrical Systems

Knowledge of VFDs UPS systems Generators BAS systems and Lighting Systems

Valid drivers license to operate JLL vehicles

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft systems)

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years practical working experience as an electrician in industrial/commercial electrical equipment service industry

Prior experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical medical device or Life Science industries)

Blueprint and electrical diagram reading capabilities

Medium voltage experience

Knowledge of Power Logic systems

CMMS (Computerized Management Maintenance System) experience

Location: Onsite

Rotating On Call Availability Required

Salary/Comp: $37.98-$43.26 per hour

Note: This position requires physical stamina and strict adherence to safety protocols. All necessary training and protective equipment will be provided.
