Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Sonographer Ultrasound/Vascularfor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.
Responsibilities
Perform independent diagnostic ultrasound and vascular examinations using appropriate sonographic equipment.
Accurately identify normal and abnormal findings and document results accordingly.
Obtain relevant patient medical histories and effectively communicate exam findings to the interpreting radiologist.
Support day-to-day workflow including patient scheduling equipment care and quality assurance activities.
Maintain a safe organized and compassionate patient care environment.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (CHEA or U.S. Department of Education recognized).
RDMS certification required in Abdomen and OB/GYN.
Minimum of 1 year of professional sonography experience.
