Education and Experience Required:
Meet the educational and applicable experience factor requirements for registration by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or ARRT certified with sonogram endorsement.
Certifications Licenses or Registration required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within ninety (90) days of hire.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and ultrasound physics with proficiency in diagnostic imaging equipment. Skilled in compassionate patient care and reducing patient anxiety. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Proficient in computer systems and medical software with a focus on accurate record-keeping.
