Qualifications :
Core Technical Skills
- Software development experience
Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages)
Machine learning experience ideally in AI automation or intelligent agents
Familiarity with LLMs (GPT Claude Gemini)
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks:
LangChain
Vertex AI Agent Builder
OpenAgents
Hands-on experience with:
Vibe-coding
Prompt engineering
Designing agent workflows
Experience with automation tools:
n8n
Workato
(or similar platforms)
Experience implementing and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
System & Architecture Skills
Understanding of scalable system design
Understanding of distributed computing
Ability to design develop and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions
Experience building or contributing to automation platforms
Participation in architectural decisions and defining AI engineering best practices
AI/ML Specializations (Bonus)
Agent-based modeling
Reinforcement learning
Multi-agent systems
