Join us in this high-impact leadership role at Stanford Health Cares Cancer Center as a Senior Project Manager where youll oversee the programming planning design construction and activation of complex projects. Key Responsibilities:
Manage programming planning design construction and activation of complex projects under the supervision of the Director.
Ensure completion of projects within budget on schedule and meeting all program objectives and government regulations.
Act as liaison between clients/users and all project participants including consultants contractors vendors and outside agencies.
Plan schedule assign and oversee the work of project participants and assigned project managers.
Implement quality control measures to ensure project compliance with department hospital and university policies codes and regulations.
Manage communications furnishing and equipment selection purchasing and installation.
Oversee review and approval of design work budgets and scope changes.
Lead consultant selection and contract negotiations.
Assess and document project scope objectives requirements and constraints including functional needs and jurisdictional criteria.
Prepare and maintain accurate project records cost estimates and space inventory reports.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $79.21 - $104.97 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
