As an MHE Team Lead you are responsible for the optimal functioning of our warehouse automation machines and technical installations that support the logistics processes. You ensure our systems run reliably maintenance and repair costs remain under control and projects within the technical department are successfully executed.
In this role you combine technical expertise people management and cost awareness. You will work closely with various departments within the DC and with external service partners.
Your responsibilities:
Maintenance & technology: Ensure optimal maintenance and operation of warehouse automation machines and installations. Organize preventive inspections manage spare parts and documentation and guarantee safety and regulatory compliance.
Costs & suppliers: Manage the maintenance budget and spare parts select and manage suppliers monitor contracts and track KPIs to continuously improve performance.
Team & leadership: Lead the MHE team ensure clear task distribution development and motivation of employees and oversee schedules safety and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications :
What do we ask from you
Higher professional education (HBO) level preferably in technology or mechanical engineering.
Experience leading technical teams preferably in an automated warehouse or production environment.
Knowledge of warehouse automation machines and installations.
Strong organizational skills and cost awareness.
Experience with supplier and contract management.
Strong communication skills able to motivate and develop colleagues.
Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding safety working conditions and fire safety.
