Your new role
As our new Head of Communication and Marketing you will support our overall ambition to become the partner for sustainable change for our clients and stakeholders. Your main responsibility will be to support and implement annual priorities which can drive Rambolls leading position and brand in the Finnish market based on strong concepts for internal and external communication and marketing. Your responsibility will be together with the regional team to mobilise internal and external stakeholders in Finland around company priorities and campaigns ensuring they have a strong impact in the market.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Advisor to the Managing Director on strategic as well as day-to-day items
- Strategic planning ensuring overall exposure of company agendas internally and externally
- PR responsible for handling media reach out and reactive PR
- Develop and drive action plan on local key stakeholder engagements
- Internally anchor our company strategy to strengthen our collaboration and diversity agendas
You will report to the Director for Communication and Marketing in the Nordics and be a member of the regional Communication & Marketing leadership team. You will also play a key as member of the Country Leadership Team and have a dotted line to the Managing Director for Finland. This role does not entail team leader responsibility however you will be intrinsic to ensuring that our regional team develops and thrives.
About you
- Proven experience in advising and handling senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic capabilities and thorough hands-on experience with communication and marketing
- Relevant educational background in communication marketing or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in international teams
- Finnish proficiency as well as excellent English skills
