As a Mechanical Assembler at Vention

Youll play a key role in assembling high-quality sub-assemblies and productized applications within our dynamic Operations this hands-on role youll ensure that every build meets our standards of efficiency precision and continuous improvement. If you have a strong mechanical mindset enjoy working with your hands and thrive in a fast-paced environment this opportunity will allow you to make a real impact on the products our customers rely on.

What Youll Do

• Meet production goals and uphold Ventions high standards.
• Assemble a variety of components from simple to complex including palletizers conveyors robot cells machine tending applications and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.
• Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.
• Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Ventions high standards.
• Pick and pack orders in accordance with Ventions quality standards.
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.

Youll bring:

• Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical connections.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment with technical experience.
• Technical diploma in mechanical engineering robotics or relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with using tools including familiarity with pneumatics and electrical connections.
• Experience with data entry or relevant administrative tasks.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and the ability to coach others through challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
