Job Summary
Were looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Public Area Attendant to join our this role youll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public and back-of-house areas contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas in line with hotel standards
- Supporting stocktakes and ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning products
- Following all safety and hygiene procedures when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Assisting with housekeeping tasks including room cleaning houseman duties laundry and uniform areas
- Responding to guest and team member requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
- A positive friendly attitude with a strong focus on guest service
- Physically fit and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards
- Flexible and reliable with availability to work across a rotating seven-day roster including weekends and public holidays
