In this role you will:
- Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments.
- Set meaningful person-centred goals informed by real life routines and support needs.
- Provide recommendations for environmental modifications across home school and work settings.
- Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to support independence.
- Collaborate with families support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
