Job Summary
Are you looking for an opportunity to lead transformative initiatives and drive impactful change in the Education sector while advancing your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Were seeking a Manager to join our Transformation Delivery team in Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane. This exciting role will allow you to work with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver business-critical projects particularly in the Education sector.
In this role you will:
- Provide functional expertise in Education sector domains such as Student Management Student Experience Industry Engagement and/or Advancement & Philanthropy.
- Lead and deliver transformation and operational improvement initiatives with a focus on business analysis service delivery and process improvement.
- Engage with Education clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely high-quality outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members supporting their growth and development.
- Play an active role in building the Transformation Delivery capability within KPMGs offices in Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane.
Your Experience

- A background in working in the Education sector is highly regarded either through in-house roles or in a consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis transformation projects or operational improvement.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing projects or workstreams with exposure to end-to-end delivery.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering team development and growth.

Qualifications :
We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in business commerce economics or a related field.
