Revalize is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute a scalable partner strategy that expands market coverage and accelerates revenue growth across the U.S. region.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable Channel Partner Strategy across the DACH region to expand market coverage and accelerate revenue growth.
- Recruit onboard and enable new partners (VARs resellers referral partners and system integrators) across key verticals
- Collaborate with existing partners to drive pipeline creation and deal acceleration ensuring predictable and measurable contribution to overall regional targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Marketing Product Enablement) to provide partners with go-to-market materials campaigns and joint value propositions tailored to local markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through regional market intelligence partner mapping and strategic alliances.
- Support partners in executing co-selling motions including opportunity registration deal qualification forecasting and joint account planning.
- Monitor partner performance through KPIs QBRs and enablement milestones ensuring continuous improvement and mutual profitability.
- Contribute to the definition and optimization of partner tiering incentive models and MDF programs that align with company objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships or acquisitions to strengthen the regional ecosystem and portfolio coverage.
- Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools and initiatives within the organization and partner network to improve lead generation forecasting accuracy and customer engagement.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years in Channel / Partner Sales or Business Development within the software or SaaS industry.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple countries or business units.
- Strong understanding of Go-to-Market models (direct indirect hybrid) and experience executing partner enablement programs.
- Experience in solution and consultative selling within complex B2B environments (preferably PLM CPQ CAD or industrial software).
- Solid knowledge of sales forecasting pipeline management and territory planning (QTM).
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to drive campaigns close deals and manage cross-functional alignment.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced international scale-up environment balancing structure with entrepreneurial initiative.

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.
