Pay Plan Options & Incentives
Hourly Pay Plan:
- Base Rate: $28.00$38.00/hr
- Overtime: Paid after 40 hrs/week
- Billed Hours Bonuses: starting at 80 billed hours bi-weekly
Flat Rate Plan:
- $33.00 - $44.00 Paid per billed hour
- 65-hour bi-weekly guarantee (must work 80 hrs to qualify)
- Accelerators up to $8/hr: starting at 70 billed hours bi-weekly

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years automotive technician experience (or equivalent training)
- ASE Certifications (A1A8) or willingness to earn
- Valid U.S. drivers license & insurable driving record
- Own up-to-date tools for A-level repairs
- Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and use computer-based diagnostic tools
Work Environment
- Modern well-equipped shop

- Exposure to typical automotive shop conditions (noise chemicals dust)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs stand for long periods and perform major body movements
