We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reliability Technician in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Dixon this technical role you will enjoy working with advanced automation you are interested in continuous learning and being involved in a quick-paced safe environment this position is for you Martin Hicks Maintenance Supervisor

What you will do

  • Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime

  • Utilize diagnostic tools and data analysis techniques to monitor equipment health and identify potential issues early

  • Analyze failure modes and support root cause investigations implementing corrective actions to improve performance

  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and execute reliability improvement plans

  • Document and report maintenance activities and equipment performance ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards

  • Maintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools supporting efficient maintenance operations

  • Participate in safety and risk assessments promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices

  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to foster continuous improvement

Who you are

  • You have a certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management or equivalent credentials

  • You have an associate degree or technical diploma in engineering technology mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field

  • You have 23 years of experience in equipment maintenance or reliability engineering ideally within a relevant industry sector

  • You are proficient in using CMMS systems and diagnostic tools with a solid understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics

  • You are knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices ensuring compliance and continuous improvement

  • You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities fostering collaboration across teams

  • You are detail-oriented and highly organized with strong documentation skills and a methodical approach to work

Salary range: 29 to 39.25 USD / per hour based on qualifications and experience
