Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Danbury CT.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients physical condition including range of motion strength and functional mobility.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions to promote recovery.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises mobility techniques and injury prevention.
Document patient care treatment plans and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment in compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Connecticut.
Minimum 12 years of physical therapy experiencerequired.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care.
Excellent communication assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
