The Position:
Report to: Head of PMO
We are looking for a Project Management Student or an Intern responsible for assisting the Head of PMO on the tasks related to resource management (using specific Resource Management software) general PMO & project reporting and KPIs measurement Jira administration and other tasks related to supporting the PMO project portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the resourcing tool under the direction of the Head of PMO and assisting in meeting Aizons goals and objectives.
- Administer the Jira project structure creating new projects and ensuring the adherence of the Project Management team to the internal procedures and best practices.
- Promote best practices and work with internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Generate consistently all the reporting and communications related to project control and KPIs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Being proactive and proposing efficiency improvements.
- Identify areas for process improvements.
Qualifications: Must-have
- Project Management studies or background.
- Experience in Jira and the Google Suite.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlines.
- Fluency in reading writing and speaking English and Spanish.
- Able to work in a team and project-oriented.
- Willing to comply with and follow all regulations required when working in a highly regulated environment such as ISO standards and GMP regulations.
Qualifications: Nice-have
- Background in life sciences or engineering (industrial software.)
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and IIoT is valued.
- PMP Certification / other project management certifications.
