Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.
Three years of specialized human resources experience.
Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted.
Preferred Experience and Certifications
Knowledge of State HR systems including SABHRS and SOMRS
Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI)

Job Overview
The CSI is seeking a self-motivated solutions-driven temporary Human Resources Generalist 2.This position coordinates and delivers human resources services for the agency including performance management job description creation and classification recruitment coaching employee relations career planning and development data analysis and compensation management.
This is an on-site position located in Helena Montana (not eligible for teleworking) and is a temporary position offering up to 12 months of employment.
