Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary duties include but not limited to the following:
- Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new customers.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities in target markets.
- Strong understanding of UVLs services as well as competition to keep business competitive.
- Learn who your key internal stakeholders are and understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Engage in the full sales cycle from initial contact to discovery to rate quoting to systemic set up and ongoing follow up to develop a book of business.
- Understand customer relationship complexity and risk.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Establish and implement short and long-range goals and objectives with the help of VP of Sales and Business Development Manager.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs and annual budget.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and other collateral material to key clients.
- Will be required to utilize a CRM system.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven track record of sales and/or oil and gas experience.
- Time management skills and self-motivated.
- Must be willing to travel regularly.
- Ability to make field/rig calls in remote locations when needed.
- Professional written verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- College graduate preferred.
- Must live in the Corpus Christi Area
