Join us as a Lifestyle Coordinator and be part of something bigger
Youll lead the way in delivering holistic person-centred wellness services that enable our aged-care residents to live with dignity independence and joy. As a key leader in our Residential Aged Care site in Trott Park youll guide the development of meaningful wellness programs support a passionate team and ensure every customer receives safe high-quality and engaging support that enriches their daily life.
Backed by the Lifestyle Lead and the Site Manager youll have the support you need to confidently drive positive change strengthen team cohesion and create a culture where innovation accountability and compassion thrive.
Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
Leading mentoring and developing Lifestyle Assistants
Designing and evaluating innovative personalised wellness programs that support independence and wellbeing
Building strong relationships with customers families and staff to create a vibrant inclusive community
Modelling AnglicareSA values and contributing to a united leadership team focused on exceptional outcomes
Bringing structure clarity and direction to program delivery and team workflows
To thrive in this role you will have:
Proven experience leading and motivating a team to achieve shared goals
A relevant qualification in Lifestyle & Leisure Social Sciences or equivalent experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A confident approach to driving change and embedding new ways of working
Knowledge of aged-care standards and person-centred practice
We would also love you to have:
Experience leading wellness lifestyle or engagement programs
Strength in problem-solving and creating practical positive solutions
The ability to navigate competing priorities with calm clarity and professionalism
A desire to continually learn about ageing and best-practice wellbeing approaches
