Full-time Pediatric PT salary: $75000$120000
Part-time Pediatric PT salary: $55000$75000

As a Pediatric PT at CTN you will provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in fully equipped sensory and gross-motor clinics. You will collaborate closely with caregivers and an interdisciplinary therapy team to support children in achieving meaningful functional goals including:
Navigating stairs
Improving playground mobility
Increasing strength stability and endurance
Gaining independence in daily routines
Perform evaluations re-evaluations and individualized care plans
Deliver evidence-based pediatric PT interventions
Provide caregiver education and home program strategies
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Participate in team collaboration meetings and clinical planning
95% or higher family satisfaction
80% or more therapy goals met at re-evaluation
100% of billable hours completed per agreed caseload
90% or higher client arrival rate
All daily documentation completed within 24 hours
Evaluations and progress reports submitted within 4872 hours
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric interest)
Strong interest in pediatric gross motor development
Clear communication with families and team members
Organized adaptable and efficient with documentation
Experience with torticollis toe-walking hypotonia or motor delays
Knowledge of sensory processing and early childhood development
Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills
Positive solution-oriented team-focused mindset
Comfort working in a fast-paced but supportive clinic environment
