Children and Family Wellbeing Service (CFW) have some exciting opportunities to become a Delivery Centre Support Worker in our Fylde and Wyre district. As a Delivery Centre Support Worker you will have the opportunity for a truly rewarding vocation working with some of Lancashire most amazing children young people and their families. We work with children and young people aged 0-19yrs up to 25yrs for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and welcoming. As a Delivery Centre Support Worker you will be the first point of contact for children young people and families who contact or access our Family Hubs and centres. You will also be a point of contact for multi-agency partners who work with our service.

Delivery Centre Support Workers will need a good level of IT knowledge and ability to use varied computer programmes including Microsoft Office and our Early Help Management Information system. A Delivery Centre Support Worker will answer calls deal with enquiries complete room booking requests and manage the group work referrals and waiting lists. A large part of the role is to ensure our buildings offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are well maintained. This will include working with the Neighbourhood and Community team to set up rooms for meetings courses and groups and also where necessary linking with facilities management regarding any maintenance or repair issues. As a Delivery Centre Support Worker you may work across various centres with the district.

The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive induction and training package and as a service we pride ourselves in the training and development opportunities that are available for staffs professional development and progression.

As a Delivery Centre Support Worker you will be part of the wider Children and Family Wellbeing Team and service working with children young people and families enabling them to get the right support in the right place at the right time.
