Member Advisor

Were looking for a Member Advisor to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization playing a critical role in our member service team. Candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills a strong ability to provide knowledgeable and timely advice and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by effectively utilizing our products services and omni channels to meet our members needs. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Act as the first point of contact and the first point of resolution!
• Respond to members inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
• Promote and sell cash and non-cash related products and services.
• Manage an assigned portfolio through strong advice and utilization of available Credit Union products and services.
• Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies simplify members banking needs and enhance the member experience.
• This role will start remotely and later transition to in-person.
• Must have the ability to travel to and cover regionally (up to 200km) as required.
  • Innovations Travel Practice Guidelines will be followed.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a high school diploma/GED.
• A people person who possesses excellent communication skills.
• Someone who values Accountability Integrity and Respect.
• Detail-oriented and risk aware contributing to the safeguarding of our companys assets and reputation.
• Proficient in digital literacy including (but not limited to) critical thinking problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
• Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel Teams Viva Power Automate Power BI).
