Team Managementand Delegation 30%
Manage and develop junior team member(s) creating growth plans and providing clear careergoals
Manageperformance reviews coaching to maximize successidentifyingtraining needs for improved performance setting goals for careerdevelopmentand ensuring actions aretaken
Provideeducation and training on best practices media principlesandindustryat large
Participate in interview process for junior team membersroles
Guide team in ensuring team members have challenging level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills contributing to overall teamsuccess
Responsible for leaning into Horizon Media initiatives while encouraging junior team members toparticipateand engage within the largerintegratedcommunity
Integrated Media Buying 25%
Plan execute and steward integrated mediaplans
Guide team toleverageHorizon Medias suite of planning evaluation and buying tools for application/analysis into competitive landscape target digital consumption support plandevelopmentandreporting
Monitor trends toolsopportunitiesand applications within linear & digital environments and appropriately apply that knowledge to campaign strategy and clientgoals
Work with Supervisor to oversee junior team members and manage expectations with integrated leadership in the creation ofmedia specific documents such as media plansobjectivesand strategies decks and other relatedfunctions
Media Negotiating & Buying 10%
Negotiate across both the traditional linear & digitallandscapes
Provide final sign off on RFP creation and review of partners/site responses actaspoint of escalation for partner negotiationsand stewardship of keypartnerships
Act as a primary resource for team as they work through the planning process whileprovidingstrategic guidance
Lead collaboration with other HorizonMediateams (Business Solutions Investment etc.) towards 360 partnerships incorporating relevantextensions
Reporting & Analysis 5%
Act as escalation point for junior team members as they work through optimization strategies proactively communicating challenges and opportunities acrosslineardisplay mobilesocialandvideo
Encouraging junior team members to draw thoughtful data-based conclusions that illustrates the why behind performance and maps back tointegratedstrategy
Collaborate with Business Solutions and Analytics team toestablishmeasurement plans and learningagendas

Strong grasp ofmarketing principlesanalyticsand concepts
Expert in negotiating and constructingvideomedia plans with understanding of planning buying andactivation
Strong experience navigating cross-departmentrelationships

Salary Range
$105000.00 - $135000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role. As an organization we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
