Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promoting and selling Medtronics products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for pursuing leads assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronics products and/or services.
- Promoting and establishes education of the companys products and/or services.
- Conducting market research including customers and competitors activities.
- Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D Operations and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree Pharmaceutical/Medical/ Science background.
- At least 2 years selling experience in the medical device industry
- Highly valuable experience in intensive care unit and/or anesthesia area
- Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer reimbursement)
- Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
- Full clean driver license
