The role

  • Full Time Continuing
  • Level 7 - $101421 to $110819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Campus based: Bathurst Orange Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

As Study Success Coordinator you will be supporting new students to successfully transition to university study through the delivery of academic support programs. Key responsibilities of this role include coordinating programs liaising across divisions and faculties effectively managing resources and assisting the Senior Manager with reporting on student engagement.

  • Proven leader with experience guiding teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
  • Student-focused with continuous improvement mindset
  • Background in education including experience delivering quality student learning
  • Strong technology skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As part of this recruitment the successful candidates appointment will be conditional uponproducing satisfying and maintaining a Working with Children Check in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
