JOB SUMMARY The HSBO Director is a senior leader responsible for managing and integrating key business operations across Health Services including revenue cycle compliance quality improvement and data analytics. This role ensures alignment with organizational strategy supports financial sustainability and promotes high-quality care. The Director collaborates with executive leadership oversees multiple departments leads cross-functional initiatives and drives innovation and operational excellence for both the Health Department and Community Health Centers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
Bachelors degree in healthcare management Business Administration Public Health or a related field required. (Masters preferred); AND
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in financial operations quality improvement or revenue cycle management including at least 4 years in a supervisory role. FQHC experience preferred.
