Job Summary

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this post is to be responsible for developing strategies to enable increased patient partnership across the Hospital. The post holder will play a vital role in building and strengthening relationships with patients their families and staff to enable patient partnership and improved outcomes for patients.

Essential Criteria

Must have a third level qualification relevant to the positon

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare or similar environment

Expertise and evidence of partnering with patients and service users in the design delivery and management of projects and programme within a health and social care context

Experience of leading and managing projects in a complex healthcare and/or social care environment which partner with patients and service users

Experience and evidence of managing and working in partnership and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts in including patient and service user representative groups

Evidence of working in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders e.g. service users government departments senior managers trade unions NGOs and Advocacy organisations
