EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver engaging lessons and activities tailored to EYFS students.
Use a variety of teaching strategies to inspire curiosity creativity and a love of learning.
Observe assess and monitor progress providing feedback and support to help each child reach their potential.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the EYFS curriculum and share best practices.
Maintain a safe nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding childrens progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings professional development and school activities as required.

EYFS Teacher Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYFS teaching qualification.
Proven experience teaching in an EYFS or early years setting.
Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and assessment methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create an engaging inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
