This is a fantastic opportunity to support the administrative backbone of a successful school.
The Role
You will support the efficient management of the schools financial operations and ensure that all financial processes are compliant accurate and aligned with trust and statutory requirements.
Your responsibilities include:
Processing all income and expenditure transactions
Managing purchase orders invoices and supplier correspondence
Supporting financial monitoring forecasting and management reporting
Reconciling accounts managing cash flow and preparing audit documentation
Managing financial arrangements for school trips resources and departmental activities
Supporting payroll checks and HR financial record-keeping
Maintaining accurate organised and secure financial documentation
Liaising with stakeholders including staff suppliers auditors and trust finance teams
