Role Information
The school is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join the department from January. The successful candidate will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to teach KS5 for an experienced teacher. You will deliver engaging well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity about the world and develop students understanding of physical and human geography.
The role includes contributing to curriculum development assessment planning and enrichment opportunities such as fieldwork geography clubs and sustainability initiatives. You will work closely with a collaborative team of specialists who are committed to continuous improvement and innovation in teaching practice.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Geography or a related subject
Experience teaching Geography at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the discipline
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
