Meta Ads Mediabuyer

We are a fast-growing global performance marketing agency with deep expertise across the digital advertising landscape and adtech ecosystem. We operate a high-scale Mediabuying engine and our core focus is delivering strong profitable results across international markets.

We are now expanding our Dating vertical promoting both in-house and third-party offers. Today we operate with 10 Meta accounts - and our goal is to scale this to 50 active profitable accounts.

Because of that we are looking for a skilled proactive and experiment-driven Meta Mediabuyer who knows how to drive performance initiate new angles and AB test creatives and funnels at scale.

You enjoy analyzing patterns forming hypotheses launching tests and turning insights into profitable actions. If youre someone who takes initiative thrives on rapid testing frameworks and knows exactly how to squeeze the highest EPCs from every angle - wed love to hear from you.

Tasks

• Plan launch manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and potentially TikTok and Snapchat.
• Initiate new creative angles and continuously propose/test new ideas hooks and messaging directions.
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests for creatives audiences funnels and landing pages.
• Analyze performance metrics (ROAS CPA CTR CPM CVR EPC) and draw actionable conclusions.
• Manage daily budgets pacing and scaling based on performance goals; drive EPC improvements by optimizing landing pages testing prelanders and improving funnel logic.
• Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues (UTMs events pixels custom conversions).
• Collaborate with creative content and product teams to improve funnel performance.
• Prepare performance reports insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of platform updates policies and best practices.
• Work independently while aligning with team goals and timelines.

Requirements

• 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience - this is an absolute must.
• Proven track record launching and scaling campaigns in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience working with multiple Meta accounts (BM structures account warming is a plus).
• Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and angle development.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics with analytical precision.
• Experience optimizing landing pages prelanders and funnels to improve EPC.
• Familiarity with UTMs pixel setup events CAPI and attribution logic.
• Strong ownership mentality ability to work independently and structured communication skills.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with consistent performance output.

Good to have skills:

• Experience in affiliate marketing or working within a performance marketing agency.
• Familiarity with creative direction and crafting briefs for design teams.
• Experience with Voluum RedTrack Hyros or similar trackers.
• Understanding of landing page CRO prelanders and funnel testing.
• Ability to work with large-scale testing frameworks and high-velocity campaign structures.
• Familiarity with other traffic sources (TikTok Google Outbrain) is a bonus.
