Tasks
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Shape and carry out the long-term direction for the product while keeping it in step with company goals and market needs.
- Build and maintain a clear product roadmap focusing on features that improve the player experience encourage engagement and help with retention.
Feature Development
- Lead the brainstorming assessment and ranking of new features with a focus on player needs business impact and technical practicality.
- Partner with engineering and design to create detailed product specs that include timelines status and risks so everyone stays aligned throughout development.
- Plan feature launches with attention to potential risks and how to manage them.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams business partners and players.
- Share regular updates with leadership about product performance market activity and what competitors are doing.
- Work with technical teams on task planning and setting priorities.
Compliance and Security
- Make sure the product meets all required regulations and industry standards.
- Team up with technical groups to strengthen fraud detection and prevention.
User Experience
- Collaborate with UX and UI designers to deliver an interface that feels natural and engaging.
- Use player feedback and testing results to guide ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in sports betting and a solid grasp of how the industry works.
- At least five years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming with a focus on DFS or sports betting.
- Strong knowledge of DFS and sportsbook operations supporting tech and risk practices.
- History of launching and managing player-facing products in online gaming.
- Clear understanding of how acquisition retention and monetization strategies shape player behavior in iGaming.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data insights into practical product changes.
- Confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at any level.
- Familiar with regulatory expectations across major iGaming markets.
