Were excited to announce our Graphic Designer / UI & Presentation Designer Fresher Program at OP India (Hyderabad or Chennai)! This opportunity is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career designers who are ready to build stunning visual content for global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality presentations (Pitch decks product decks internal slides) using PowerPoint Google Slides or Canva.
Create UI-inspired graphics mockups and visual components for web mobile or product showcases.
Develop marketing and branding assets such as banners social media creatives product visuals and promotional materials.
Support internal teams with visual content creation for events campaigns and digital platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual output.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Figma or Canva.
Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint Google Slides).
Understanding of UI/UX visual principles (layouts spacing typography color palettes).
Good sense of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver creative output on time.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Knowledge of basic video editing (Premiere Pro or similar).
Experience with Figma or UI mockup tools.
Portfolio showcasing design work (student work internship work personal projects).
Understanding of basic digital marketing concepts.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
