Job Title: Network Support Engineer
Location: 1468 Madison Ave New York NY
Schedule: 40 hours/week 2 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 4-6 months starting in Dec
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during the deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco wireless connectivity issues.
- Diagnose DHCP-related problems and ensure proper IP address assignment.
- Address general network issues to maintain stable device performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps resolutions and deployment progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with wireless networks and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of DHCP and core networking principles.
- Experience supporting medical devices or healthcare environments is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite 2 3 days per week.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
