Job Summary
Associate Director - Finance & Corporate Advisory
A leading international advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director to support complex financial advisory project finance and PPP transactions across the CIS region. This role suits a highly analytical finance professional with strong stakeholder management and cross-border project experience.
Key Requirements
Masters degree in Finance
10 years experience in financial or corporate advisory banking investment or similar sectors
Background in infrastructure finance / project finance preferred
Ability to analyze and review financial models valuations due-diligence outputs and financing structures
Strong understanding of PPP frameworks debt/equity instruments and capital structuring
Strong relationships with regional government entities lenders developers and investors
Professional proficiency in Russian
Strong commercial mindset and the ability to deliver under tight timelines
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Role Responsibilities
Lead transaction delivery and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Review financial models valuations and project documentation
Support and structure bankable financing solutions for clients
Manage client interaction gather information and present recommendations
Support business development across CIS markets
Contribute to proposals reports summaries presentations and negotiations
Work effectively in a multicultural multidisciplinary team
