Job Title: RN Critical Care
Location: Des Moines IA (Onsite)
Type: Contract (90 days)
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Monday-Friday (3 shifts/week 12 hours each)
Hours per Week: 36
Pay Rate: USD $60.28 / hr
Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care to provide high-quality nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients. The RN will work with the ICU/Flex Unit and is responsible for implementing medical care plans supervising nursing personnel and ensuring smooth unit operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients in an assigned unit.

Implement medical care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Direct and supervise patient care delivered by other nursing personnel assigned to the unit.

Maintain standard unit activities in the absence of the Head Nurse.

Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience.

Active RN license in the state of practice.

Experience working in ICU or acute care settings.

Ability to work night shifts and maintain flexibility for unit needs.
