We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution ensure timely delivery manage cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan execute and manage projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope timelines budget and resource requirements.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders.
Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Conduct regular project meetings and deliver status updates to leadership.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Manage project documentation reports and compliance processes.
Facilitate change management and process improvements as needed.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize project workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in project management or relevant leadership role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficient in project management tools such as Jira MS Project Asana or Trello.
Ability to manage budgets timelines and resource allocation effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous situations.
PMP CSM or CAPM certification is a plus.
