Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with key customers.
Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts.
Drive client engagements to ensure IQVIA receive all RFPs from client organizations.
Generate new leads through networking and cold calling.
Responsible for leading client engagements contracts & more
Use data analysis to identify what worked what could be improved and incorporate into your account planning.
Use CRM tools to track interactions sales and account history.
Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) and track key account metrics.
Collaborate internally to achieve sustainable growth and development.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of eight (8) years relevant sales or account management experience.
Knowledge of IMS offerings customer account management and pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Problem solving negotiation planning relationship building relationship management presentation good written and oral communication skills business acumen are essential.
Analytical background is preferred.
Proactive/ have a positive attitude.
