This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Linux & Kernel Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds billions of transactions per second throughput and mathematically proven security against adversaries.
You will own the hardened real-time Linux kernel that powers every Autheo node worldwide delivering 0.4 μs encrypted syscalls at 1 B TPS native FHE and zk-proof acceleration SGX/TrustZone integration DAG scheduling and 80 % state compression while running on bare-metal DePIN clusters and achieving nation-state resistance.
Key Responsibilities
Ship custom kernel achieving 0.4 μs encrypted syscall latency at 1 B TPS
Implement DAG-based real-time scheduler with zero re-execution overhead
Embed CKKS/BFV fully homomorphic encryption directly in kernel for encrypted computation
Build in-kernel zk-proof generation and verification (15 ms) for system calls
Integrate SGX and ARM TrustZone with 1 TB sealed memory and remote attestation
Deliver kernel-level post-quantum networking stack (Kyber Dilithium) at <15 μs overhead
Ship 80 % state compression and deduplication inside the page cache and slab allocator
Develop kernel bypass and GPU-direct paths for parallel WASM execution
Harden kernel against side-channel rowhammer spectre/meltdown and fault-injection attacks

Requirements Must Have
8 years shipping production Linux kernel patches and custom distributions
Multiple mainline or large-scale deployments achieving 100 M syscalls/sec
Hands-on FHE or zk-proof acceleration inside the kernel
Deep expertise in real-time scheduling memory management eBPF and secure enclaves
Proven track record hardening kernels for bare-metal high-frequency trading or blockchain environments
