Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Kafka Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds billions of transactions per second throughput and mathematically proven security against adversaries.
You will own the planetary-scale encrypted Kafka backbone that moves 200 GB/s of blockchain events DePIN telemetry cross-chain messages and agentic AI triggers delivering 0.4 μs per-message processing at 1 B EPS with full FHE zk-proof provenance and ε0.5 differential privacy across 10000 global brokers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and operate Kafka clusters sustaining 1 B events/sec at <0.4 μs p99 latency
Build DAG-based stream topologies with exactly-once semantics and zero reprocessing
Embed CKKS/BFV fully homomorphic encryption enabling processing on fully encrypted events
Implement zk-proof event provenance verifying 15 ms integrity for every message
Deploy dynamic partition sharding across 10000 brokers with instant rebalancing
Integrate SGX / TrustZone enclaves for 1 TB-scale encrypted log segments with remote attestation
