Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Distributed Systems Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds billions of transactions per second throughput and mathematically proven security against adversaries.
You will own the end-to-end Layer 0 consensus fabric and Layer 1 execution environment pushing beyond 50 B global TPS sub-millisecond finality linear sharding across 10000 validator nodes seamless cross-chain interoperability with Ethereum/Solana/Polkadot/Cosmos and native 200 GB/s DePIN storage/compute integration all with formal verification and nation-state resistance.
Key Responsibilities
Architect hybrid DAG BFT Layer 0 consensus delivering 50 B TPS and <500 μs probabilistic finality
Design dynamic sharding system scaling linearly to 10000 nodes with instant zero-downtime reconfiguration
Build geofenced regulatory-compliant DePIN integration routing storage/compute across sovereign jurisdictions
Implement production cross-chain bridges supporting 10 M TPS asset transfers and message passing
Drive tuple-based state model and n-tier modular execution for infinite horizontal scaling
Formally verify safety liveness and partition tolerance using TLA Apalache and Quint
Ship developer SDKs and tooling that become the default for sovereign chain deployment
